New director at Julian Hodge Bank

David Landen (pictured) has been appointed Finance Director at Julian Hodge Bank in Cardiff.

Mr Landen (31) joined the bank in 2002 and has been promoted to the Board from the position of Treasurer.

An accountancy graduate of Cardiff University, he is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Married with two children, Mr Landen succeeds David James, who has taken a new role as Chief Financial Officer at Carlyle Finance.

Julian Hodge Bank is the only bank with its headquarters in Wales. It obtained authorised status in 1987 and originates from the same stable that created Chartered Trust and the Bank of Wales.

All were founded by the late Sir Julian Hodge, with the last two now owned by major public companies.
